This Thing We Call Friendship ll
There’s a but to my last post.
Friendship can be the best thing that ever happens to a person.
Ever heard of “friends turned family”?
That’s the kind of friendship I’m talking about—the one that feels like home.
It teaches you, cares for you, holds you above the waters, contributes massively to your growth, and shapes you into becoming the best version of yourself. It’s synonymous with love.
You must be able to relate to this, because it’s the true form of friendship that everyone must have encountered at some point in their lives.
It’s something so ordinary. Something so beautiful.
Just so you know, it’s not friendship when it’s far from mutual. Even the smallest things count.
Friendship is like medicine—if you don’t take it, you’ll never get better.
Find yourself a friend who cherishes you like she does her family. (It could be a he too)
Then watch yourself blossom like a sunflower—radiant and full of life.
